Goldberg and Brock Lesnar’s hotly-anticipated rematch will take place at WWE’s Survivor Series pay-per-view on November 20.
Goldberg agreed to fight his WrestleMania XX opponent once again when he returned to WWE for the first time in 12 years on the October 17 edition of Monday Night Raw.
WWE has now announced that the bout will take place next month at the 30th edition of Survivor Series, a pay-per-view you will be able to see live on Sky Sports Box Office.
Goldberg won his initial match with Lesnar at Madison Square Garden in 2004, defeating The Beast Incarnate with a Jackhammer powerslam in a bout refereed by “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.
The former WCW star subsequently left WWE and went on to appear in number of films and TV shows, including on Donald Trump’s Celebrity Apprentice in 2010.
Lesnar also quit WWE after his WrestleMania XX loss to Goldberg but returned in 2011 and has since broken the Undertaker’s undefeated streak at WrestleMania.
Survivor Series will also feature three Smackdown versus Raw Elimination matches – a men’s five-on-five bout and a women’s five-on-five scrap, as well as a 10-on-10 male tag-team encounter.
Nikki Bella will captain Smackdown’s females after knocking off Natalya in a qualifying match on Smackdown, a result that left Natalya unable to compete in the match at all.
Plus, The Hype Bros and Heath Slater and Rhyno will take four Smackdown spots in the 10-on-10 encounter versus Team Raw.
