Man Utd and Arsenal still open to huge transfer

Premier League duo United and Arsenal are said to be keen on the star, who has won league titles in Holland, Italy, Spain and France, as are MLS team Orlando City.

America still appears a likely destination for the Sweden international, with Florida his preferred home once he quits European football, according to Swedish newspaper Afton Bladet.

Yet the 6ft 4in striker will have a window of inactivity between leaving Paris and starting the2017 MLS season, when Miami will join the league.

And that could lead to a Premier League switch in the interim, it is claimed.

Arsenal, who failed to sign an outfield player in this summer’s transfer window, are tipped to bid for the forward if he comes on the cheap.

But United remain reported frontrunners to sign him and could be willing to match his high wage demands currently covered in the French capital.

It is understood former United and Real Madrid player Beckham, who is the driving force behind the Miami franchise, would have no problem landing Ibrahimovic as his new team’s marquee player.
Beckham himself moved to LA Galaxy in 2008, signing a £125million, five-year contract at the California club before teaming up with Ibrahimovic during a brief spell at PSG.
