Arsenal and Chelsea could land Paris Saint Germain starlet Adrien Rabiot in the summer.
La Parisien claims the two Premier League clubs are interested in the 18-year-old midfielder who has now made 17 Ligue 1 appearances, though still largely from the bench.
Rabiot is already playing for France’s Under-21 side and there are high hopes for the youngster’s future across the Channel, but he has stalled on the offer of a new deal to extend his stay beyond 2015.
PSG are adamant the teenager will not leave in the current January window, but with the bottomless funds and foreign talent filling the squad there is little chance for Rabiot to get the first-team opportunities he craves.
It’s understood Arsene Wenger was given the option to sign Rabiot for next to nothing last summer and rejected the chance, but now the Gunners look set for a raid at the end of the season.
