Hull City Agrees Fee For Out-Of-Favour Everton Striker Jelavic

Hull City are prepared to discuss personal terms with Nikica Jelavic after agreeing a fee with his club Everton for his services.

The Croatian striker have only started five Premier League matches for the Toffees this season and manager, Roberto Martinez, has insinuated he will let the 23-year-old leave for the right price to boaster his chances of featuring in the 2014 Fifa World Cup.

Hull City Tigers boss, Steve Bruce, is poised to reinforce his frontline with winger Robbie Brady emerging as the club’s highest goalscorer with three goals.

Nikica Kelavic Scored Just Twice in 2013.

Jelavic joined the Goodison Park outfit from Rangers for £5.5m in 2011 and has scored nine goals in 13 league games following his arrival.

He has played second-fiddle to the on-fire Romelu Lukaku, who is on loan from Chelsea.

He scored twice in the 4-0 FA Cup win over Queens Park Rangers last weekend.

Croatia are drawn in Group A alongside Brazil, Cameroon and Mexico in next summer’s football showpiece.
